    Connectivity Issues (30th August)

    Hi all!

    You may have noticed, but lots of you are having connectivity issues with RuneScape at the moment. It doesn't appear to be anything with our game worlds, rather it's connected to the same issues plaguing pretty much the rest of the internet. It's being investigated, but looks to be an ISP issue. Lots of reports pertaining to CenturyLink, and they tweeted this moments ago: https://twitter.com/CenturyLink/status/1300063983739772928?s=19.

    Stay strong, we'll be gaming again together soon!

    Edit/Update: 17:30 BST

    Our sysadmin team are confident things are starting to settle down. Whilst this has been ongoing they've been working hard on routing options. They do acknowledge that from a player's perspective (yours) it'll be a bit of a 'mixed bag' based on your location/connection.

    (Help - Bug) Gear wiped from account after dying in the LMS waiting room

    Can anyone help if this is a bug or my gear is waiting somewhere? I was doing Zulrah on my Ironman and stopped for an LMS game. I was venom'd and died right before the game started and was teleported into the game after dying and reappearing outside the waiting room. I've done this many times before (die in the waiting room) and the gear is always back in my inventory. Something must've happened when the game transported from outside the waiting room.

    It's an Ironman account and I lost my full Ahrim / Karils so this is a huge blow

    I checked for a gravestone and don't see one. I checked deaths domain and it's empty

    Add a requirement to receive Ranarr and Snapdragon seeds from master farmers.

    In every world except for total level ones, Draynor Village is packed with level 30 bots wearing rouges set and constantly pick pocketing the master farmers for ranarrs and snapdragons. Why not make it so that receiving these seeds is only possible after certain requirements are met?

    I was thinking something minor like locking these with quest requirements such as Fairy Tale II.

    My account "rk brad" has just been hacked and I am banned from recover password resets/not receiving them.

    Not sure how someone was able to hijack my account and change its password without me getting emails for resets. My email is uncompromised (checked email history and no suspicious logins were found)

    I have been trying to recover, but I am locked out of the system due to too many recovery attempts.
