    Friendly reminder that LMS is swarmed with bots and Jagex is, once again, doing nothing about it

    Good old Jagex, when will you finally begin to understand that you are letting your game cripple to death by doing nothing about bots in the game. LMS is currently full of them, and they are damn near unbeatable. I don't get what can be so difficult about detecting and banning them. All lvl 3's, following the exact same pattern everytime with tick perfect prayer switching and attacking. If I, and the majority of the legit players, can see it so clearly, do you seriously expect us to believe you can't? What do you think we are? Fools?

    This is just one example, we all know how bad the current state of the game is. Honestly, I'm starting to think Jagex rather gets their membership money than doing something drastic about it. Not saying the devs are necesseraly at fault, it is likely from higher up but come on man do something about it, cause at this rate this game has no future. All this shit about them being hard to detect is bullshit and you know it.

    365 days of OSRS's lore, Day 39: Armadyl and Bandos, the opposite gods.

    The Big High War God and the God of Justice, these two gods might just be the two true polar opposites when it comes to gods.

    Bandos's cult is still very widespread even today, goblins, orks, ogres, cyclops, jogres and many others are worshipers of the God of War, and we actually very much know his doctrine, as for Armadyl? his cult made of a small group of soldiers, and the aviantese, a near extinct race, we barely know a thing about the guy.

    But what is so interesting about the two? Well, Bandos's praxis is being your usual tyrant, his four comandments dictate that all cowards, merciful, doubters and thinkers must die, he's the one that brought his cultist to Gielinor, he's violent, aggressive, he valurs only obedience and glory. As for armadyl? Well, what we know about the guy is that he's patron of law and justice, and that his reign was not in the land, but in the sky, in flying islands floating across the continent probably, but beyond that? Nothing, we can't meet an aviansie outside of the GWD and the followers of Armadyl only give fractal knowledge.

    They're even different in their current actions, while we know absolutely nothing of what Armadyl did ever, beyond his alliance in the god wars, Bandos is actually influencing Gielinor from outside of it, through his chosen commander, Zanik, he's trying to maneuver her into his bidding.

    I, for one, really hope we'll get to know far more about Armadyl and a bit more about Bandos, they're two of the most interesting deities in Gielinor and Jagex should realllly consider making a quest about maybe, the flying abandoned cities of the icyene or the undergound bandosian garrisons.

    I love this game's lore, and I wish more than only a tiny fraction of the community knew about these stories, so I'll be posting once a day a lore bit to promote interest into this game's rich lore.

    I will be using lore from RS3 only when I deem it clear enough that the lore between the two is shared, as quests like SOTE, DSII and SOTF have shown that most of it has mainly stayed the same, if not for some additions.

    Tier 70. Can't use shield slot. Bolt racks cost a fair bit considering the weapon is underwhelming in terms of dps. Bested by msb i in almost every situation (easy to obtain and upgrade). Need to do barrows to obtain (iron meme ofc) just doesn't make a lot of sense when considering one of the bigger updates is about to hit the game very soon.

    Jagex, STOP using Twitter to supplement/push forward content changes.

    A huge majority of your player base do not use social media outlets. Twitter is a cesspool and a lot of people, myself included, will *never* make one, why are game changing polls being conducted on individual jmod twitter accounts and not even on one major/universal account? If you don't follow specific jmods, let alone even use twitter, you won't ever even know.

    Looking at the polls on jmod's twitters only a couple hundred people are voting. Why are major game changing updates being decided by such a small hive mind of people on an obscure social media outlet? You literally have a fully functioning actual website for your actual game that 100% of the players use, not to mention fully equip with a polling system.
