    Customer support made me quit the game

    Recently got a temp infraction on my ex-HCIM, appeal was denied as they confirmed the evidence. Even though I can resume playing tomorrow, I'm not going to. Dealing with customer service has been terrible. I did not break any of the rules yet I am being punished without so much an indication as to why.

    My guess is there is a bug in the system that triggers bot detection workflows; probably uses the same db in the backend as the highscores (I died yesterday; was hit within 12 hours: https://twitter.com/HCIM_Deaths/status/1395226761659572227). Either that, or the other thing I can think of was during the weekly update I had runelite open; it might have been causing excessive requests and consuming server bandwidth since it couldn't find the client which again, might have triggered the bot detection workflow.

    Either way, this experience has definitely made me feel angry and disappointed. I've been playing this game since middle school, close to two (2!) decades now and never have I felt helpless. I maxed 2 years ago on a regular account and almost reached top 1k on HCIM (2K+ total). It's been a happy ride, but unfortunately it did not end well. Thanks, see you guys around.

    As the game progressively expands it is essential we get a bank space increase

    Even with POH storage and clue storage I find myself hitting the bank storage limit. It may be different for Ironmen but it's not like I'm particularly hoarding any useless items. Everything in my bank has some use for now or future and I haven't even started super late game content get.

    Honestly think we need a bank rework especially as the game continues to expand.

    What are your thoughts? Keen on increasing the bank storage limit or would you be happier with storage items such as the seed box.

    Would you be happy for Jagex to put development time towards this?
