Equipment Rebalance: Ranged Meta Proposal
Didn't enter the competition, wanted to let someone else win.
Me when my wife says “so..you spent hundreds of hours and all your coins to get a slightly darker..ah..lava cape thing?”
Does anyone else organize drops in the inventory while slaying and such, or am I just OCD?

Karils Crossbow is a pretty neat weapon that could fit snugly into the range meta. It's slightly better than a magic shortbow with rune arrows, and obtaining it for ironmen isn't too difficult (ammo included, there's an NPC shop). The key problem with the Karils Crossbow is the bolt racks always break on impact, making it vastly more expensive to use for very minor performance upgrade over the msb. Karil's Crossbow also has a 70 range requirement, while msb only requires 50 range.

My idea is simple, just allow Ava's to have the same chance to retrieve bolt racks as other ammo. The bow itself doesn't need to be buffed or changed otherwise. If anything on the bow was to be changed, adding slightly more accuracy wouldn't hurt. Don't leave this neat weapon in the dead content bin forever, Jagex!

Coin pouches were introduced as a way to combat auto clickers, or people botting 99 thieving at ardy knights. I believe we need a better solution to combat it, as it hinders legit players a lot more than people willing to bot their levels.

What I originally proposed was a way to increase the maximum amount of coin pouches you could hold, maybe tied to the Ardy diary. Having it capped at 28 requires you to click on the coin pouches a minimum amount of 5,451 times if you are going for level 99, and that is if you opened them right when you hit 28.

If needed I can make a yellow text on black background if it'll get the discussion ball rolling.
