    Let's hope this is the correct page for this...

    Hey, so I emailed you guys in relation to you locking my account and pointing me toward the billing page.

    Some how you believe I owed you £147. Yet, no other details apart from "any unpaid balance is in your basket" £147...

    Anyway, I emailed you about this on the Wednesday 14-4-21 - request number (3233141) from an automated email saying you'll reply "as soon as possible"

    I followed up with 4 subsequent emails. Yet no reply.

    My main issue - please reply to my email. Second issue - is my membership days still counting down while my account is locked? Third issue - I brought 10 bonds, 3 times. At £39.99 each. £39.99 (times) 3... to me equals £119.97. Which on my statement from the bank has been paid.

    (Yes I spent £119.97 on bonds - I'm fine with that)

    So why £147? I asked for a breakdown of this - yet to my main issue - reply to my email.

    So please... Jagex support, if you're in, reply to my email.

    Diary Reward Teleports in POH

    It would be nice to put the diary reward armour on an armour stand in the POH for the teleports like the Morytania teleports and Releka. Or let us put them in the portal nexus for teleports from there.
