In the form of bonds. But I get flamed a ton by people who come across me doing slayer, skilling, evening afking ammonite crabs.

I loved RuneScape as a kid and I still enjoy it now (especially mobile, only way I really play). But I'm an adult with a good paying job and a family and my time is now valuable. I can't spend 100+ hours making millions to get end game gear when I can use the irl money I made in fraction of the time to bring down the time requirement for late game gear significantly.

So what's the deal with all the flame in game around that? Like it doesn't affect anyone else and it's actually helping support the game developers. I understand that buying gp from places other than bonds is not healthy but I don't think that deserves harassing people afking at rock crabs when you have no clue how they got their gear.

Can we just cool it with the elitist mindsets?

There's no need for new content.

Dead content should be revived as "new," and re-discovered!

The Wilderness lava maze. Is the journey worth for an uncut ruby? It was, in 2003.
Greater Demons and the Wilderness Demonic Ruins. Is the occasional Rune Full helmet worth the risk of getting PKed? It was, in 2003.
The Axe Hut, north of the Wilderness resource area. Is the combat exp worth the risk? It was, in 2003.
