    Hello, I am a 2113 total Ironman who plays the game every day. Less than two weeks ago I got a new phone. Without realizing I had to manually transfer any Authenticator settings, I have trashed the phone. I now have no way to login to anything RuneScape related because I cannot get a valid code from the Authenticator app.

    The main problem I have is I'm not receiving emails to remove the Authenticator at either my register email, or back up email. If I just got the email, this would be fixed. Jagex support being the absolute merry go round that it is, I was not surprised when they sent me a hyperlink saying "Hey just reset your email idiot then remove the Authenticator"

    Cool, so I click the link to reset my email. And it asks me for my Authenticator.... round and round we go.

    So now I've been locked out for twelve days. Still haven't gotten an email regarding account recovery, and have yet to even talk to a real person. I HAVE every single piece of information involved with the account since it's creation. I just need the dumb authenticator turned off. WHERE is customer support???? Get an email like every other company in the world.

    I'm unimaginably frustrated with this company. And truthfully think if my account isn't unlocked I will be done with the game. So upvote if you want... or don't :)
