    September, It's been close to 3 months since Rev Cave talks heated up due to the information i shared with Mod Ash regarding protected worlds, Rev Cave Protection, and Venezuela all linking towards Real world trading and racketeering. Since that happened, Jagex was hesitant about taking action.

    Because Jagex was too afraid to remove the caves, somehow thinking anyone goes there to actual PK. The situation itself is now beyond saving. It's actually insulting that J mods actually believe, this was good for the community and the game. I am referring to the statement that was on the lines of:

    "I think protection is a good thing, if someone doesn't like it - they can try to take it over"

    I would love to see j mods, trying to go to rev caves and PK for more than 10 minutes. You have no idea, what you're going to be up against, and the best part is, its endless. it's a whole country controlled by ROT. 24 hours, 7 days a week. It is impossible. Every single world is locked down, and has been. More protection clans show up, more are part of the 'Mafia' you guys heard about in the reddit posts that came out two days ago.

    You guys saw the posts, i wasn't making things up when I shared all the info to Mod Ash on Twitter, as well as made the Roving Rev reddit posts that even had content creators involved. It's time for these caves to be DELETED once and for all. No content in the wilderness should ever be so overpowered its locked in a small area to the point where protection can happen EVER again.

    ROT intro happy to grind 100 hours a week for 75M in paid protection 2k/1750s totals.

    SV leader opening his mouth about how hepaid venes to max his account & buy an infernal cape.

    Fun fact, to prevent their accounts from being banned, rev cave protection clans & their clients have started using the 'tip jar' in player owned houses.

    Also, to show everyone the situation of the rev caves. More protection clans yay! someone count the amount of worlds.

    CPK Closed, their leader scammed 20B and left.

    Remember all those youtube videos that got posted about revs about two months ago as well? This was from A friend's video. He put out a straw-poll about whether or not revs should be moved.

    the majority of the community was heavily in favor of Roving Revs. This prevented anyone from being able to protecting, all while completely rejuvenating the wilderness in the simplest way possible.

    How would this work compared to the cave system?

    By having about 15/16 locations spread out through the wilderness. ONLY two at a time would be active, rotating about every 15 minutes or so. One set of revs would be located in single. While the other set would be located in multi. By having the revenants move so often, it would be nearly impossible for them to be farmed. However, for any players who would want to Pk could go out with friends, their teams or clans. Even solo in single zones. Without being ragged out of the wilderness and jumped by the entire country of Venezuela with some ROT/SV members in the mix. For ironmen, you would not even need to pay protection fees. You could easily go out, kill revs in the single locations and not worry about anyone doing damage to your kill all while not worrying about clans literally bolting you down with ballistas and rune crossbows.

    Please, upvote this. Share it. Do whatever you can to push it to Jagex Mods. Hell, even go to twitter and #RovingRevs to them. they're willing to listen as long as it's the same message that is loud and clear.

    I think its weird that this cape isnt allowed on Entrana. When laws were buffed to have 2x at level 95 i thought Jagex would have made an exception so you can utilise the capes perks for double laws.

    I think its dumb that a PVP minigame that requires no stats or items is the best method for ironmen to obtain arrows/bolts or food/pots for the wildy.

    I get that Ironmen should be able to get a rune pouch or MSB(i) somehow but doing it through pvp isnt very Iornmeme like.

    Its weird how ironmen cant buy supplies from NMZ but they can from LMS
