    2111 total level HIJACKED, reset request DENIED - I need your help

    If you have played from the same IP address for years, have email attached to your account, you would think that your account would be safe, right?

    2 days ago I attempted to log onto my account only to find that my password had been changed. I sent a reset request immediately and received a reset email from ["noreply@jagexsupport.com](mailto:"noreply@jagexsupport.com)" which I believe may have been from the hacker

    I submitted a password reset through the RS website, providing a transaction ID from over a year ago, providing 3 passwords including one that had been used a decade ago, and providing what I believe to be accurate answers to the questions (it has been more than a decade since those were set). My request was denied.

    My question is HOW? If there are consistent logins from the same IP address for months, and all of a sudden a new IP address logs in and changes the account email, password, and sets up an authenticator, shouldn't that be a red flag? If I have provided the account opening password and billing information to support the last 2 years of membership payments shouldn't that be convincing?

    What can I do to get Jagex to further look into this?
