    Why does Jagex allow inferno speedrunners to break game rules?

    Go to twitch and watch any inferno speed runner (e.g. Jarvin or Thecaseace). They are advertising an inferno cape selling discord. They all use a plugin which disables death animations (which jagex has said is against game rules, and the plugin isn't on runelite for that reason).

    These same speed runners advertise on their discord accounts, twitter accounts, that they are inferno cape sellers. I've literally seen mod curse retweet posts from one of these twitter accounts which with a profile description which literally says they are an inferno seller

    So Jagex would need to spend 30 seconds researching this to ban some of the most prominent cape sellers in game. Why don't they?
