Ask anything about Old School RuneScape here! They are designated for you to ask anything you like that is relevant to the game or this subreddit. Remain respectful to your fellow 'scapers when answering questions; there are stupid questions, but it does not mean you should not be respectful whilst answering them.

Were the signposts not enough? If you're going to add the footprints, why not just add them at the spots you jump from? Currently it's unnecessary and a visual mess.

[Suggestion] Skilling blessings to bring back Fashionscape while skilling

    Posted: 08 Jul 2020 04:52 PM PDT

Back in the day, you'd see more people wearing their favorite outfits while skilling. It was interesting to see what people would wear and it was fun to get creative with it. Nowadays most people use experience-boosting sets when skilling. In places like the Woodcutting guild, you mostly see Lumberjack outfits.

My suggestion is to bring Skilling blessings into the game. At the cost of the experience-boosting set and some sort of fee, you can get a blessing that would provide the experience boost. For example: You could hand in your Lumberjack outfit and 2.5m to an NPC to receive a Woodcutting blessing, which would provide the 2.5% boost with only your blessing slot being used. You could also revert the blessing back into the outfit with the same NPC, but you wouldn't get your 2.5m back.

I believe this change could help revitalize Fashionscape outfits while skilling, while also being a money sink for the game. If anybody has any suggestions, I'd be glad to hear them. Happy 'scaping!
