    6 days ago I downloaded the mobile app just to check it out. I haven’t played since RS3 was first happening. I told myself I don’t NEED osrs...last night I killed Elvarg after some struggles and it felt damn good!

    It all started with a "why not check it out" I was bored and needed something to do on my phone lately. Enter OSRS. I spent half of my life on Runescape up until shortly after RS3 and like a lot of people I'm sure drifted away after so many changes. When old school was announced I told myself not to look at it, don't try it, it's not worth it. Multiple years later now I finally gave in and it's been a blast. I've had 3 nights of streams focusing on the F2P quests and wrapping up Dragon Slayer last night (totally failed 3x) as a way to enjoy the game and just a small challenge before purchasing membership.

    Thanks to the mobile app, I've got a way to enjoy the game again since I don't have a lot of time at my PC anymore with a young toddler to take care of. My wife has even started playing the game which I never thought would happen. She HATED the game because of how much time I'd spent on it before but she's fishing shrimps right now at lvl 18 as I type.

    I mentioned streaming, you can find me @ SmirkinLIVE virtually everywhere and we plan to keep playing(evenings Tues-Sat US time). If you're newer to the game, still leveling or just want to tag along with us I'll be doing a lot of members quests on streams and would love to help who I can or provide a chill place to enjoy the game together. There's a small clan chat already "SmirkinLIVE" and discord of course. Definitely laid back and friendly with plans to try PVM in the not too distant future without sweaty-ness.

    So was just casually turael skipping for a basilisk task so I can get a jaw which I'm currently a bit dry for, yet i manage to snag this? I think this is the rarest single item drop I've ever had.
