    Can't Access my Account!?

    So today I was streaming a few Gauntlet runs over @ Twitch and I logged off for a few hours to take a nap and come back to a ban enacting from December 14th, 2019. I can't appeal this due to it being a 3rd party Illegal software offence. I've never logged into this account on anything other The official Oldschool Client, mobile and RuneLite, this account never used the Demonic Gorilla/Zulrah plugins that became a bannable offence, as my account didn't have access to that content yet. The most I would have been doing at this time would have been killing sand crabs or mindlessly skilling for a Quest Point Cape.     Lift teleblock when tber teleports out

    Title pretty much says it all. Tb already lifts if you kill the tber, you shouldn't lose that strategy because the tber teleports out and his clans waiting. If the guy flinging tbs can't hang then the tbs shouldn't either. To me this is a good rebalance, encourages pk targets to fight back giving pkers a chance without an inevitable chase, gives targets a chance of an out, reduces effectiveness of solo clans albeit only slightly, and the only negative result is for clans who's tber teles out to maintain the tb. Thoughts?
