A follow up regarding the 1013 situation. The evidence shows that the main owner of the thought-to-be-1013-accounts cheated on his own account. This shows that Content Creators are now priviliged to get accounts that are used to cheat on unbanned. This is a new level of unfair to normal players.

Since when is it okay to treat some players one way and others differently? Shouldn't all rules apply to everyone? I know favoritism has been a huge problem in this game for years with streamers/content creators getting special treatment and it always ends the same way, backlash. How can we trust this company on any subject if this is the baseline we are dealing with? It truly feels like the game is slowly falling apart again and the same multiple mistakes that happened years ago are coming back again in a different form.

Game rules should apply to everyone. The fact that this little rat is getting special treatment is absolutely disgusting. The unbanning of a cheater using a VPN sets a terrible precident, or at least it would if Jagex didn't give out special treatment.

So yesterday I made this post regarding offenses on shared accounts and it lead to a lot of discussion in the community. And rightfully so. This is just wrong.

However, after looking into the 1013 issue again, it got even worse than we thought it was.

In this post, 1013 states that he is not the owner of these accounts.

This conversation by 1013 and Mod Tyran shows that it was NOT 1013 who was on the account at the time of the offenses:

If it was not 1013 on the account at the time of the offenses, then it has to be the main owner of the account who cheated whilst playing on his own account. This means that the accounts should remain banned.

Now 1013 got both the accounts who cheated using PVP clients unbanned because he also plays on those accounts. Can somebody please explain to me how these unbans are justified in any way?

It now comes across that when a Content Creator happens to play an account to stream or to make content with, everything is allowed. This is unfair to every single non-streamer or non-content creator no matter how you look at the situation.

- Account sharing.

- Account Services in any way, shape or form. (e.g. obtaining items/levels)

- PVP / PVM cheating clients. ( At this point, just partner up with Runelite and ban any other client apart from Runelite and the Vanilla client.

- The abundance of spam bots in highly populated areas.

- The alarming increase in bots.

- Account security.

- Customer Support.

- RWT being unpunished within the high level community.

- The abundance of gold farmers with thousands upon thousands of KC in every single boss. (e.g. there is now 4 gold farming accounts with 10k+ COX kc. This is about 5000-7000hours of goldfarming)

- The abundance of gold farmers with tens of milions XP in skills such as mining/thieving.

- The Duel Arena.

- Skull tricking/luring.
