    Really hoping to get some clarification for this. This shadow nerf (as they didn't describe it on the hotfix page or inform players in anyway) is the biggest balance change to the League so far.

    Basically they have lowered the accuracy of spells (ice barrage/blitz) to the point that they are no longer use-able on most end game bosses.

    ​

    It is true that it WAS much more accurate than Blood/Shadow/Smoke spells. It was NOT so overpowered that you could kill bosses like Corp or Callisto (which you arguably should not be).

    ​

    They just nosedived the least-picked (4%) and least effective relic one week into a temporary and competitive game mode.
