Not every new quest needs to introduce new content. Posted: 01 Jul 2020 12:47 AM PDT I'm going to be one of the first to say it, I do not like quests. I'm not a huge fan, but at the same time when I force myself to start one I generally enjoy doing it, I just lack the motivation to begin them. Here's the issue, I know a lot of people who LOVE quests. Why is it we get a new quest like once or twice a year? It's because jagex feels the need to cater to everyone and release some crazy new content with each quest. I get it for grandmaster quests, that makes perfect sense. But the only quests that they have released that don't follow this formula are the zeah quests, and that's only because they released zeah first. Why can't we have short 30 min quests that give nothing but a little bit of xp and lore. People have pointed out there are like 16 unfinished story lines in OSRS. Why can't we finish some of them without getting to a grandmaster and requiring whole new content, why can't some questlines end on intermediate, why can't you lead up to the grandmaster without new content. The morytania quests aren't even grandmaster and we got an entire city and a raid out of them. Like jagex slow your role and release some fun quests, don't worry about making content for everyone in every update. You can release a quest that achieves nothing except putting in a quest in the game. It doesn't need to unlock some new method or city, just release a quest cause people like doing them. I'd also like to say I don't think quests should be polled if they aren't introducing new content. Pvmers will be salty and make it fail. It should be put in the game regardless it hurts no one and puts no one behind since it introduces nothing new ( and I don't care about your lumby elite ) [link] [comments]

Posted: 01 Jul 2020 12:00 AM PDT Assuming that she is cooking Herring (What looks to be in the barrel), Herring gives 50 xp per successful cook. She cooks 2 every time she walks to the range and back, and can complete ~6 trips per minute. Talia has been cooking food since Zeah was released, 1,637 days ago. She has enough experience to have 99 over 90 times, but Ramocean is still telling her not to burn food. I think she deserves a cooking cape at least. Updoot if agree. [link] [comments]
